The Zakir Husain College of Engineering and Technology (ZHCET) is the college for engineering of Aligarh Muslim University in Aligarh, Uttar Pradesh, India. It is dedicated in the name of Dr. Zakir Husain, President of India (1967–69). The foundation stone was laid on 21 November 1938.
The College offers courses at undergraduate , postgraduate and Research level. The language of instruction in all these courses is English. There are eleven academic departments associated:

The college has a Book Bank, with 1,500,000 books and journals. All the enrolled students get books issued for the academic year. Apart from that all the departments have the facility of online subscription to desired journals.
There is an annual Fest in which there are cultural and entertainment programmes. The college enjoys the reputation of one of the highest number of placements of undergraduate students in India.
Graduates from ZHCET have studied at Stanford University, Carnegie Mellon University, Harvard University, Purdue University, Max Planck Institute (Germany), MIT and Imperial College (London).
